Refunds and Returns: 

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process and provide a replacement or refund. 

b. Refunds for returned items may take 7 to 10 days to process from the date we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. 

c. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned item before approving a refund or replacement.
