Refunds and Returns: 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process and provide a replacement or refund. 

Duration of Refund

Generally we refund the payment within 7 to 10 working days from the date of your order cancellation. In case of our incapacity to deliver the ordered product due to unavailability/ stock out, we will soon convey you the information and refund the payment at your desired method (Bank Transfer or Mobile Banking).
